Artist's Comments
This was my final project for my character creation class - to come up with a unique character and create it. These images are stills from the short animation I made to show it off.
He is Kernal, a PC Pirate Gnome. When you suddenly get a BSOD...well, that could be his fault. Kernal's duties as a PC Pirate primarily consist of sneakily wreaking havoc on your system while you futilely scream at your poor PC for breaking. Hey, everyone needs a day job. The PC Pirate Gnome's worst enemy is the Mac Ninja Gnome - while they are both wreaking havoc on their respective systems, they honour the long held human rivalry with much amusement and war. Modeled in Maya 2009 x64 Please excuse any texture stretching - I ran out of time and had to turn it in! haha |
